"Earliest Voices" the title of my Alchemical Vessel expresses my acceptance and hope for new beginnings. "Silver Linings" the theme for this 8th Annual Alchemical Vessels Exhibition is very exciting to me. I believe that human beings need to acknowledge the sadness and also new potential for change that we are experience always in a cycle of healing. During the Covid pandemic, these tragic times have brought out the need for an acknowledgment of this healing cycle. Pale "beginning" greens, white and silver painted forms on wood recall for me the beginning of the plant cycle of life always poignant, transient, beautiful and hopeful.
