The silver lining for the past year has been the bond my family has built through running. In 2019 my wife took up running for her health and kept pushing me to do the same. With a need to get outside more in 2020, I decided to give it a try. This spurred our daughter to want to join us and run as well. We now enjoy family runs each weekend as an activity for both our mental and physical health.
