Abstract Ultra Gloss Epoxy Acrylic paints and Polyurethane

Painting this bowl was not so much of an inspiration of my own, but just a friend sharing a need for me to just make art. After a devastating, numbing family loss,I was feeling just empty and helpless. The Silver Lining to paint this bowl was a distraction but at the same time healing. I made healing hands underneath the bowl and abstract colors inside the bowl. There is a gloss finish that's rough on the outside, and a nice grains of wood on the inside. "Things will get better " That works for me right now.
