The "milagros" pieces started with a similar idea of an older work i did base on a rubber ball, than as i was working methodically on the lines it reminded me to the ribbons and tokens that religious people make as offerings or prayers in catholic churches in latin America, and decided to create this as an offering to all the things we need to heal, to change, to accept, to thank, the pandemic has been a great lesson for all of us to many adjustments and a lot of loss and changes, and is time to turn this prayers into a festive new beginning.
