I am an artist and independent curator working in 2 and 3 dimensions with many materials. I believe in engaging with the issues faced by our community and our world and have worked for many years with environmental and democratic concerns.
During the pandemic, I began deconstructing old installations and remaking the elements, rather than bring new materials into a studio full of memories. I believe that spirit of change and remaking is reflective of the healing ethos of the Smith Center.
