Edwin Calderon is a painter and multimedia artist from Maryland. His works depict living entities in an "unseen" realm, which he uses to evoke positive energy in himself and others. Edwin's works use shape and color as abstract depictions of energy in transition from one form or place to another. They symbolize emotion, growth, enlightenment, and remain open to interpretation from the viewer. When painting, Edwin blends and layers colors that resonate with him and represent energies he chooses to either harbor or channel through his work.
